AT LONG LAST AN ORDER FORM FOR SCHOOL UNIFORMS!!

Hi everyone,

Please find attached the order form for new school uniforms.  Sorry for such a lengthy delay in this but finding a suitable and reliable supplier has been a little hard!  The price list is as follows:

Kids Polar

Jumpers:          $30.00

Adults ½
Zip polar
Jumpers:          $35.00

Please understand you will not receive your order until full payment has been received.  If you pay in advance and your order is incorrect (ie. Order was for size 6 and size 8 was supplied)  MSOTA P&C will refund the cost of your order or where possible supply the correct size.

MSOTA P&C take no responsibility for any incorrect sizing as this is beyond our control.  We will take all steps possible to make sure the order is filled as accurately as possible and if you would like to add extra info re the sizing into the order form please feel free to do so (ie. 100cm chest measurement).
