Brent and Carol decided to take a few days holiday in the small coastal town of Kalbarri, Western Australia. Kalbarri is approximately 160km north of Geraldton and about 560km north of Perth (Western Australia's capital city). Kalbarri is renowned for being one of the major lobster (cray fishing) centres in Australia and also for the unique coastal and river gorges. We spent our time relaxing by the pool of the hotel we stayed at and also spent time at the beach and walking around the local shops before venturing on to the river gorges.
