APPEAL FOR ‘COOLGARDIE GOLD &
GEM FESTIVAL’.
Hello ,
The Coolgardie Gold & Gem
Festival is to be held over 6th and 7th October 2007.
It will incorporate The Australian Metal Detecting Championships and The WA
Panning Championships, and many smaller events, stalls and displays.This years
event is proving to be bigger and better than the previous, with nominations
already flowing in.
Once again the Championships will
be advertised Australia wide through a variety of mediums.This is to be an
annual event which we hope will benefit and promote the Goldfields region as a
whole both Coolgardie and Kalgoorlie communities.
We are expecting competitors to travel to this event from all over Australia.
We would like your company or business to be a part of The Coolgardie Gold & Gem Festival.
We have a sponsorship programme going which is:

- who
are able to donate $500 or more in cash, vouchers or kind will have:
1.
Their logo shown on a 30 second GWN TV in 40 time slots two weeks prior
to the event.
2.
Their name mentioned on other radio and TV broadcasts.
3.
Their logo on the main banners, entrance to event and on large posters on
the marquee tents.
4.
Their logo on all advertising, flyers, posters and Gem Club website
5.
Many other advertising opportunities such as free advertising space at
the event and the
opportunity to
supply promotional material etc.
6.
Complementary evening entertainment and meal tickets.
Minor

- who are able to donate any amount, no
matter how small, either as cash voucher or in-kind in the form of items which
can be given as prizes or auctioned to raise money for the event.
All minor sponsors will have their logos displayed prominently at the event, be
listed in the Kalgoorlie Miner, the Coolgardie newspaper , the Gem News, listed
on this site and we will endeavour to acknowledge and promote all sponsors
wherever possible.
